Temples of Kundrathur

It is a little village which was a birth place of a classical poet Sekkhizar who built the Nageswarar temple here. Kundrathur has a beautiful Little hill shrine dedicated Subramanya.

It has a Siva temple dedicated to Tiruvallisvarar And also a aged temple of Vishnu in which an excellent sculpture of Rama and Hanuman on the ceiling of gopuram.
